We do not ask for payment details on this site. If you become a client, card payments are handled by Stripe and we never see or store your card number.
We use it to contact you about your website enquiry and, if you become a client, to build and look after your site. That is the whole purpose. We do not use it for anything else.
When you submit the form you are agreeing to receive text messages from us at the number you gave us, about your enquiry and your website. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with anyone else for their own marketing. Your number is used by us, for you, and nothing else. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Only the services we need to run this, and only for that purpose:
We do not sell your information. Ever. There is no version of this business where that makes sense.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and this site may include the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta that a visit or an enquiry happened so we can measure whether our ads work. You can control this in your Meta ad settings and through your browser or device privacy settings.
If you become a client, for as long as we work together and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you do not, we keep your enquiry for up to two years in case you come back, and you can ask us to delete it sooner.
Text or call us at (682) 227-2475 and ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it. Texas residents, and residents of other states with privacy laws, have these rights by statute — but we would do it anyway.
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are a client, we will text you.
