The short version: we build and look after your website, you pay $50 a month, and either of us can walk away.
For $50 per month we design, build, host and maintain a website for your business, register and manage a domain in your name, set up your Google Business Profile, and make edits when you ask.
Scope. This price covers a simple site — up to about five pages such as services, prices, gallery, about and contact. It does not include online stores, custom booking or membership systems, client logins, or large multi-page builds. If you want something outside that, tell us and we will quote it separately or tell you honestly that we are not the right fit.
Edits. Everyday changes — prices, hours, photos, staff, services, typos, seasonal promotions — are included, with no cap and no per-change fee, and are usually live the same day. New pages, redesigns and new functionality are separate work and we will tell you before doing anything that is not included.
Your services, prices, hours, and any photos or logo you have. Timelines depend on this. Our first draft normally lands about 48 hours after you send us your details. You are responsible for making sure content and images you give us are yours to use.
$50 per month, billed by Stripe, starting when you sign up. No setup fee. Recurring until you cancel. If a payment fails we will text you before anything happens to your site.
If you are not happy, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund every dollar you have paid. No forms and no argument.
The first 25 businesses to sign up on or before 30 September 2026 keep the $50 monthly rate for as long as they remain a continuous client. The founding rate ends when the 25th spot fills or on 30 September 2026, whichever comes first. If you cancel and come back later, the then-current price applies. We intend to raise the price for new clients after that.
Cancel any time by texting or calling us. Billing stops at the end of your current month and we do not pro-rate part months.
What happens to your site. Your domain is registered in your name and you keep it — we will help you move it wherever you want. Your content and images are yours. The site itself is hosted and maintained by us, so when you cancel it comes down. Ask and we will hand over your content and images so nothing you paid for is lost.
We will build you a good website and set your Google profile up properly. We cannot promise particular search rankings, particular traffic, or a particular number of new clients — nobody honestly can, and anyone who does is selling you something. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, since hosting and domain systems are run by third parties.

We are a small business and our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
If we change these terms we will update the date above and text current clients about anything significant.
